Once a double opt-in is completed we return the cell numbers to you with player ids or automatically post them via API to your database.

What happens when a customer no longer wishes to receive e-mail?
Players can unsubscribe at any time and they will no longer receive e-mail.

What happens when a customer no longer wishes to receive text messages?
Players can stop at any time and they will no longer receive text messages.

Can you set the security on the site to require two forms of identification to log in?
Email addresses or birthdays can be required when logging in as a second form of identification.

After I send you my data where does it go and is it secure?
Your data resides explicitly on our servers and we do not aggregate or sell data.

How much is this going to cost me?
Our one time development charges range from $2000 – $7000 and our monthly hosting ranges from $2000 – $6000 based on the size of your property.

Am I going to be locked into a contract?
We are a month to month service. You can stop any time.

How will I be able to verify that someone’s e-mail is valid?
Only emails that have been opened are considered to be validated.
